Hear Them Roar

Inspired by the brilliant women in the museum collections, we presented an evening of entertainment, empowerment & celebration as we gave space to local women's voices past and present.

An evening of Protest, Celebration & Commemoration

We flocked to the main stage and watched the incredible performances by Karen Ellis - Postnatal Exercise, Sarah Hicks, Trouser_Dress, Amy Bell, Kel and Middle Child (tech by @ HPSS & Hull Truck Theatre. We pampered ourselves with LUSH UK and got involved making a protest sign with Alex Hunt. We joined in commemoration during the powerful vigil by Say Her Name Hull. We chilled in the bar designed by Anna Bean and grabbed a cocktail served by Louisianna's bar. We admired the fabulous exhibition ‘Women That Inspire Us’ put together by young people from The Warren.
